As we are contractors, you don't need to pay for our benefits, taxes, PTO, holidays, equipment.. comparing to your regular employees. Our price is very competitive on the market for the quality of service that we bring to you. It's very hard to find seniors with our experience for the price we offer. We charge on hourly rate or we can give you a per-project payment quote.
We are independent developers that can work directly for you. No middleman between us. Agencies charge you a lot in comparison to hiring developers directly. Recruiters take up to 25% commission for the first year when they find you an employee. You can spend that money on marketing and grow your startup faster.

No. The US company doesn't need to report the payments they made to the foreign independent contractor to the IRS if they are not US-sourced income. The company also doesn't need to withhold any tax. However, the company does need to collect W-8BEN as proof of the contractor's status.
